Service Contract

We offer multiple service contract options for both Center Flex and OT-2 robots that are designed to keep your robot running in top condition.

Protocol Development We offer both remote and on-site protocol development services from our expert field applied science team. This service includes creation of an automated protocol script, code validation and workflow optimization. If you need to make adjustments to your existing protocol, we offer protocol modification as a remote or on-site option. All protocol development services are customized to your specific workflow and complexity: Remote protocol development: from $750 to $2550 Onsite protocol development: starting at $5500

One-time Services Your needs to keep your robot running can change over time, and we have several stand-alone, on-site service options that can help when you need to quickly pivot your job, including: On-site installation : We come onsite to open and install your robot, perform IQ/OQ, and provide basic training on robot repositioning: We pack, unpack and reinstall your robot (shipping not included) Preventative maintenance visits: We will travel to your site and perform any scheduled maintenance Robot Repair visits: If we cannot resolve the issue remotely, we will travel to you These one-time services start at $5,500 for any necessary repairs to the site, and most can be combined with on-site agreement development.
