Open the eight latch hasps on the top of the crate. Remove the top panel with the latch buckles all open<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>2. Tear open the blue transport bag, take out the following items from the protective liner and put them aside: \u25fe User tool box \u25fe Power cord, Ethernet cable, USB cable \u25fe Emergency stop switch 3. After taking out the protective foam below, you can See all window panels. These window side panels and top panels are all protected with padding. Remove the window panel and set aside. Come back to assemble later. 4. Open the remaining 16 latch hasps that secure the sides and floor of the crate. Remove the crate side panels and place them next to them.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>5. Take out the 19mm wrench from the user tool box and loosen the fixing bracket at the bottom of the crate<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>6 Pull the protective bag apart or roll it to the bottom to expose the entire machine.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>7. With the help of a companion, hold the yellow handles on the transport racks on both sides of the machine base, lift the Flex from the crate base, and then move it to the ground.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>8. Take out the 12mm hexagonal L-type wrench from the user tool box and loosen the four screws that secure the Flex to the transport frame.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>9. Take out four aluminum alloy handles from the user tool box and screw them into the 12mm screw holes that originally fixed the transport bracket.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>10. With the help of a companion, hold the handle to lift the Flex and move it to the workbench to prepare for assembly.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>11. If you have placed the machine in its final working position, you can remove the handle for transportation and put the sealing cover on the screw port. These closures sit flush with the base, giving the machine a nice, flat look. Return the carrying handle to the user tool box for later use.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>12. Take the top and side window panels that you just removed from the protective foam when you opened the crate.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>13. Install the window board onto the Flex. Each board is labeled with specific installation directions, and then peel off the protective film on the board.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>14. Take out the window bevel screws and 2.5mm screwdriver from the user tool box and secure the window plate to the Flex.
