Fully automatic workflow of the pipetting workstation 1. Preparation: (1) Place the pipetting workstation on a stable table and connect the power cord. (2) Make sure the workstation is clean and tidy, and there are no distractions from other items on the desktop. (3) According to the experimental requirements, prepare the required reaction materials and containers and place them on the work platform. 2. System settings: (1) Through LCD display or PLC programming, set parameters such as capacity, speed and depth of suction and discharge during pipetting. (2) Select appropriate liquid handling heads, filters, and plates, and ensure that these parts are clean and suitable for the current experiment. 3. Pipetting operation: (1) The pipette tip or needle of the pipetting workstation will automatically absorb the set volume of reactant.
