Features of the multi-channel pipetting workstation: It can complete liquid operations on multiple channels at the same time, and the number of liquid suction heads and discharge heads can be freely combined according to experimental needs. Advantages: Significantly improve experimental efficiency and operational accuracy, especially suitable for high-throughput experiments and large-scale data collection. 3. Features of programmable pipetting workstation: It is developed on the basis of multi-channel pipetting workstation and realizes automated operation through preset programs. Advantages: Users can write pipetting programs according to needs and automatically perform a series of liquid operations. It is widely used in experiments with high throughput, high precision and requiring a large number of repeated operations. 4. Features of pipetting robot: A more advanced automated instrument that realizes full automation of liquid operations through the combination of multiple pipetting workstations. (2) Make sure the workstation is clean and tidy, and there are no other objects on the desktop to interfere with it. (3) Take out the required pipette and make sure it is clean. Select the appropriate pipette capacity and set it according to the experimental needs. 2. Start-up and settings (1) Press the power button to start the pipetting workstation and wait for it to enter the main interface or startup page. (2) According to the experimental requirements, set the required pipetting parameters on the pipetting workstation, such as pipetting volume, liquid aspiration speed, liquid discharge speed, etc. 3. Prepare liquid samples (1) Place the liquid sample to be pipetted on the workstation, and ensure that the container lid is opened or removed for pipetting. 4. Pipetting operation (1) Insert the pipette into the liquid sample, press the aspiration button, and wait for the pipette to absorb the specified amount of liquid sample. Take care to ensure that the pipette tip is fully immersed in the sample and to avoid creating air bubbles. (2) Move the pipette to the target container, press the discharge button, and slowly release the liquid sample. Be careful to place the pipette bottom above the liquid level in the target container to avoid air bubbles or contamination. 5. Cleaning and completion (1) During the pipetting process, you can use cleaning solution or deionized water to clean the bottom of the pipette to avoid cross-contamination between samples.
