System composition and functions Microbial sample preprocessing systems are usually composed of multiple modules, including but not limited to automatic inoculation, automatic partition marking, automatic sterilization, constant temperature culture, etc. These modules work together to complete the preprocessing tasks of microbial samples. 1. Automatic inoculation module: Responsible for automatically inoculating microbial samples onto the culture medium to achieve standardized and batch inoculation operations. 2. Automatic zoning and marking module: Precise zoning and marking is performed on the culture medium through a precision mechanical arm or marking device to promote the dispersion and growth of microorganisms. 3. Automatic sterilization module: Automatically sterilize parts inside the system and in contact with samples to ensure a sterile environment and prevent cross-contamination. 4. Constant temperature culture module: Provides a stable temperature environment for culturing microbial samples after inoculation for subsequent detection and analysis.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>2. Working principle 1. Sample reception and pre-processing: (1) The system first receives the microbial samples to be processed and performs preliminary inspection and pre-processing, such as removing impurities, adjusting sample volume, etc. (2) The pretreatment process may include centrifugation, filtration, washing and other operations to remove non-microbial components in the sample and improve the efficiency and accuracy of subsequent processing. 2. Automatic inoculation and streaking: (1) The pre-processed samples are sent to the automatic inoculation module, and the system automatically inoculates the samples onto the culture medium according to the preset procedures and parameters. (2) After the inoculation is completed, the automatic zone marking module starts to work, and the zone marking is performed on the culture medium through a precise mechanical arm or marking device. The streaking operation helps the dispersion and growth of microorganisms and improves the separation effect of pathogenic microorganisms. 3. Constant temperature culture: (1) The inoculated and streaked culture medium is sent to the constant temperature culture module and cultured at the set temperature. The culture time depends on the type of microorganism and experimental needs. (2) During the cultivation process, the system may perform regular monitoring and recording, such as observing the growth of microorganisms and recording the cultivation time, etc. 4. Subsequent processing and testing: (1) After the culture is completed, the microbial samples will undergo subsequent processing and testing. This may include sample collection, purification, extraction and other operations, as well as pathogen detection using molecular biology or immunological detection methods such as PCR and ELISA. (2) The test results will be used for subsequent diagnosis, treatment or research.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>3. Features and advantages 1.
