Preparation stage 1. Cleaning and disinfection: Thoroughly clean and disinfect the PCR automatic pipetting workstation and its surrounding environment to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. Use an appropriate disinfectant and make sure the disinfectant is compatible with the experimental materials. 2. Reagents and sample preparation: Prepare the required PCR reagents (such as primers, template DNA, enzymes, etc.) and samples according to experimental needs. Workstation setup: Place the PCR fully automatic pipetting workstation on a stable table and connect the power cord. Power on the workstation and wait for it to start up and load the appropriate control software.
