\u548c\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5927\u5b66\u6717\u683c\u5c3c\u5206\u6821\u7684\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u5408\u4f5c\u6210\u7acb\u4e86\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u5e94\u5bf9\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u7ebd\u7ea6\u7684\u68c0\u6d4b\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u5e76\u4f7f\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u7fa4\u90fd\u80fd\u516c\u5e73\u5730\u83b7\u5f97\u5feb\u901f\u3001\u51c6\u786e\u548c\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u7684\u68c0\u6d4b\u3002 \u4e0e\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5e02\u7ecf\u6d4e\u53d1\u5c55\u516c\u53f8\u7b7e\u8ba2\u5408\u540c\u540e\uff0cPRL \u4e8e 2020 \u5e74 8 \u6708\u5f00\u8bbe\u4e86\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u3002\u5f00\u4e1a\u4e00\u4e2a\u6708\u5185\uff0cPRL \u80fd\u591f\u6bcf\u5929\u68c0\u6d4b 45,000 \u4efd SARS-CoV-2 \u60a3\u8005\u6837\u672c\uff0c\u5e76\u5728 24 \u5929\u5185\u63d0\u4f9b 99% \u7684\u7ed3\u679c \u5c0f\u65f6\uff0c\u6210\u672c\u663e\u7740\u964d\u4f4e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e0d\u4e45\u4e4b\u540e\uff0cPRL \u5efa\u7acb\u4e86 NGS \u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u5f00\u59cb\u5bf9\u6240\u6709 SARS-CoV-2 \u9633\u6027\u6837\u672c\u7684 10-20% \u8fdb\u884c\u975e\u8bca\u65ad\u6027\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u6d4b\u5e8f\uff0c\u4ee5\u8bc6\u522b\u548c\u8ddf\u8e2a\u4ee4\u4eba\u5173\u6ce8\u7684\u65b0\u53d8\u79cd\u7684\u4f20\u64ad\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u662f\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2a\u68c0\u6d4b\u5230 Beta \u7684\u516c\u53f8 \u3001\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5dde\u7684 Delta \u548c Omicron \u53d8\u79cd\u3002 PRL \u6269\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\uff0c\u5728\u9a6c\u91cc\u5170\u5dde\u7f57\u514b\u7ef4\u5c14\u548c\u52a0\u5229\u798f\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u6b27\u6587\u5e02\u5f00\u8bbe\u4e86\u53e6\u5916\u4e24\u4e2a\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u5730\u70b9\uff0c\u4e3a\u5168\u56fd\u5ba2\u6237\u63d0\u4f9b\u670d\u52a1\u3002 \u5728\u8fc7\u53bb 2.5 \u5e74\u53d6\u5f97\u7684\u4f17\u591a\u6210\u5c31\u4e2d\uff0cPRL \u80fd\u591f\u5728\u5176\u4e09\u4e2a CLIA \u8ba4\u8bc1\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u4e4b\u95f4\u5904\u7406\u8d85\u8fc7 1,100 \u4e07\u4efd SARS-CoV-2 \u68c0\u6d4b\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u8d85\u8fc7 100,000 \u4e2a SARS-CoV-2 \u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u5e8f\u5217\u4e0a\u4f20\u5230\u5168\u7403\u5171\u4eab\u79bd\u6d41\u611f\u5021\u8bae \u6570\u636e (GISAID)\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u5176\u7ebd\u7ea6\u548c\u9a6c\u91cc\u5170\u5dde\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u83b7\u5f97 CAP \u8ba4\u8bc1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5f53\u6211\u4eec\u8fdb\u5165 COVID-19 \u5927\u6d41\u884c\u7684\u7b2c\u4e09\u4e2a\u5e74\u5934\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8ba4\u8bc6\u5230\uff0c\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u5c1a\u672a\u7ed3\u675f\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u5df2\u7ecf\u8fdb\u5165\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u9636\u6bb5\u3002 \u9274\u4e8e\u5916\u90e8\u73af\u5883\u77ac\u606f\u4e07\u53d8\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u505a\u51fa\u4e86\u8270\u96be\u7684\u51b3\u5b9a\uff0c\u4ece 2022 \u5e74 12 \u6708 31 \u65e5\u8d77\u9010\u6b65\u505c\u6b62 PRL \u8fd0\u8425\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u6218\u7565\u91cd\u70b9\u8f6c\u5411\u4ee5\u975e\u4e34\u5e8a\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u5ba2\u6237\u4e3a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u63d0\u4f9b\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u670d\u52a1\u3002 \u8fd9\u4e00\u8f6c\u53d8\u5c06\u6211\u4eec\u516c\u53f8\u5f15\u5411\u4e86\u80fd\u591f\u4ee5\u6700\u5dee\u5f02\u5316\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u4ea7\u751f\u6700\u91cd\u5927\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u9886\u57df\u3002 \u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u5728 22 \u5e74 12 \u6708 27 \u65e5\u4e4b\u540e\u4e0d\u518d\u63a5\u53d7\u6837\u672c\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6d4b\u5e8f\u6838\u5fc3\u548c\u751f\u7269\u76d1\u6d4b\u6d3b\u52a8\u91cd\u65b0\u5206\u914d\u7ed9\u6211\u4eec\u59d0\u59b9\u516c\u53f8 Neochromosome \u7684\u751f\u7269\u94f8\u9020\u4e1a\u52a1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u611f\u8c22\u5728 COVID-19 \u5927\u6d41\u884c\u671f\u95f4\u4e3a\u4f7f PRL
