OT-2 \u5de5\u4f5c\u7ad9\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u652f\u6301 NGS\u3001PCR \u548c\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u7eaf\u5316\u7b49\u70ed\u95e8\u5e94\u7528\u3002 \u8fd9\u4e9b\u53d1\u5e03\u5efa\u7acb\u5728 OT-2 COVID-19 \u5de5\u4f5c\u7ad9\u6210\u529f\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\uff0c\u8be5\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ad9\u5df2\u88ab\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u6570\u767e\u4e2a\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u7528\u6765\u5feb\u901f\u6269\u5c55\u53ef\u9760\u3001\u6807\u51c6\u5316\u7684 COVID-19 \u6d4b\u8bd5\u548c\u7b5b\u67e5\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002 \u65b0\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ad9\u5305\u62ec OT-2 \u5e73\u53f0\u3001\u7279\u5b9a\u5e94\u7528\u786c\u4ef6\u3001\u79fb\u6db2\u5668\u548c\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u5668\u5177\u4ee5\u53ca\u81ea\u5b9a\u4e49\u534f\u8bae\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c\u4f7f\u4efb\u4f55\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u80fd\u591f\u5feb\u901f\u5efa\u7acb\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u800c\u6210\u672c\u53ea\u662f\u5176\u4ed6\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u4e00\u5c0f\u90e8\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u56db\u4e2a\u65b0\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ad9\u662f\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NGS \u5de5\u4f5c\u7ad9\uff0c\u53ef\u5b9e\u73b0\u5305\u62ec\u6587\u5e93\u548c\u6837\u54c1\u5236\u5907\u5728\u5185\u7684\u9884\u6d4b\u5e8f\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\u7684\u591a\u4e2a\u6b65\u9aa4\u7684\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\uff0c\u5177\u6709 Illumina\u00ae\u3001New England Biolabs\u00ae \u548c Swift\/IDT\u2122 \u8bd5\u5242\u7684\u7ecf\u8fc7\u9a8c\u8bc1\u7684\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u9884\u8ba1\u5728 2022 \u5e74\u4e2d\u671f\u63a8\u51fa\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u8bd5\u5242\u7684\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7ecf\u8fc7\u9a8c\u8bc1\u7684\u65b9\u6848 \u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PCR \u5de5\u4f5c\u7ad9\uff0c\u53ef\u81ea\u52a8\u8bbe\u7f6e PCR \u53cd\u5e94\u548c\u53ef\u9009\u7684\u673a\u8f7d\u6269\u589e\uff0c\u5e76\u4f7f\u7528\u7ecf\u8fc7\u9a8c\u8bc1\u7684 Illumina \u548c Swift\/IDT \u8bd5\u5242\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u57fa\u4e8e\u53cc\u6d41\u8272\u8c31\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u7eaf\u5316\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ad9\uff0c\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528 Biotage PhyTip\u00ae \u67f1\u8fdb\u884c\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u7eaf\u5316\uff0c\u4ee5\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u63d0\u9ad8\u7ed3\u5408\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u548c\u6837\u54c1\u56de\u6536\u7387\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u57fa\u4e8e\u78c1\u73e0\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u7eaf\u5316\u548c\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u6d4b\u5b9a\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ad9\uff0c\u53ef\u5b9e\u73b0\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u7ec4\u5b66\u7684\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u7eaf\u5316\u548c\u6837\u54c1\u5236\u5907\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6d41\u884c\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u5206\u79bb\u548c\u5b9a\u91cf\u6d4b\u5b9a\u7684\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u8bbe\u7f6e\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Opentrons Robotics \u603b\u7ecf\u7406 David Kim \u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201c\u6211\u4eec OT-2 \u4ea7\u54c1\u7ec4\u5408\u7684\u6269\u5c55\u5c06\u4e3a\u65b0\u5ba2\u6237\u5e26\u6765\u6781\u5176\u7b80\u5355\u3001\u6613\u4e8e\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u7684\u4f18\u52bf\u3002\u201d \u201c\u5728\u6574\u4e2a\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u5957\u4ef6\u4f7f\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u80fd\u591f\u901a\u8fc7\u4f7f\u7528 OT-2 \u548c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6a21\u5757\u5feb\u901f\u8f6c\u5411 COVID-19 \u6d4b\u8bd5\u3001\u7b5b\u67e5\u548c\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u76d1\u6d4b\u3002 \u9664\u4e86\u6613\u4e8e\u8bbe\u7f6e\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u66f4\u9ad8\u6548\u5730\u8fd0\u884c\u2014\u2014\u901a\u8fc7\u51c6\u786e\u3001\u53ef\u91cd\u590d\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u8fd9\u4e9b\u90fd\u4ee5\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u8282\u7701\u4e86\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u3002 Opentrons \u7684\u65b0\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ad9\u5c06\u4e3a\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u5b66\u548c\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u7ec4\u5b66\u5e94\u7528\u9886\u57df\u7684\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u5e26\u6765\u6240\u6709\u8fd9\u4e9b\u597d\u5904\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOpentrons \u7cfb\u7edf\u589e\u5f3a\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u56e2\u961f\u53ef\u9760\u3001\u5feb\u901f\u5730\u83b7\u53d6\u7eaf\u5316 mRNA \u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u8fd9\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6211\u4eec\u5f00\u53d1\u521b\u65b0\u57fa\u56e0\u7597\u6cd5\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u201d\u9a6c\u8428\u8bf8\u585e\u5dde\u7eff\u53f6\u751f\u547d\u79d1\u5b66\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5458\u5f20\u65b0\u6708\u535a\u58eb\u8bf4\u3002 \u201cOpentrons \u56e2\u961f\u975e\u5e38\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b9a\u5236\u534f\u8bae\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u5176\u7528\u4e8e\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002 \u73b0\u5728\uff0c\u51c6\u5907 mRNA \u5c31\u50cf\u52a0\u8f7d\u8bd5\u5242\u3001\u9009\u62e9\u5b9e\u9a8c\u65b9\u6848\u7136\u540e\u7b49\u5f85\u51e0\u4e2a\u5c0f\u65f6\u4e00\u6837\u7b80\u5355\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OT-2 \u662f\u4e00\u6b3e\u9ad8\u7cbe\u5ea6\u3001\u5f00\u6e90\u4e2a\u4eba\u79fb\u6db2\u673a\u5668\u4eba\uff0c\u5176\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6613\u4e8e\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u8db3\u591f\u7075\u6d3b\uff0c\u53ef\u5b9e\u73b0\u8bb8\u591a\u5e94\u7528\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\u7684\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u3002 \u8be5\u673a\u5668\u4eba\u53ca\u5176\u9644\u5e26\u7684\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u5e73\u53f0\u7528\u4e8e\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u5b66\u3001\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u7ec4\u5b66\u3001\u57fa\u4e8e\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u6d4b\u5b9a\u548c\u836f\u7269\u53d1\u73b0\u4e2d\u7684\u6570\u767e\u4e2a\u534f\u8bae\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002<br>\u6b32\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u8bf7\u8bbf\u95ee\uff1ahttps:\/\/opentrons.com\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5173\u4e8e \u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u98a0\u8986\u6027\u751f\u547d\u79d1\u5b66\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u5176\u96c6\u6210\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u5e73\u53f0\u52a0\u5feb\u7814\u7a76\u548c\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u9886\u57df\u7684\u521b\u65b0\u6b65\u4f10\u3002 \u901a\u8fc7\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\u90e8\u95e8 Opentrons \u7f8e\u56fd\u5404\u5730\u7684\u536b\u751f\u7cfb\u7edf\u4f9d\u9760\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u5e94\u5bf9\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4 (PRL) \u6765\u63d0\u4f9b\u9ad8\u901a\u91cf\u4e14\u8d1f\u62c5\u5f97\u8d77\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u8bca\u65ad\u6d4b\u8bd5\u3002 \u901a\u8fc7\u6700\u8fd1\u6536\u8d2d Neochromosome \u548c Zenith AI\uff0c\u751f\u7269\u5236\u836f\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ece\u6211\u4eec\u4e16\u754c\u4e00\u6d41\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u89c4\u6a21\u7ec6\u80de\u5de5\u7a0b\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u4e2d\u53d7\u76ca\u3002 Opentrons Robotics \u7684\u65d7\u8230\u4ea7\u54c1 OT-2 \u904d\u5e03 40 \u591a\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u6570\u5343\u4e2a\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u3002 \u5728\u6574\u4e2a COVID-19 \u5927\u6d41\u884c\u671f\u95f4\uff0cOT-2 \u673a\u5668\u4eba\u5df2\u88ab\u90e8\u7f72\u5230\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u533b\u9662\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u6765\u6d4b\u8bd5\u6570\u767e\u4e07\u60a3\u8005\u6837\u672c\u3002 \u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u7ebf\u6b63\u5728\u4e0d\u65ad\u6269\u5c55\uff0c\u4e3a\u5206\u5b50\u751f\u7269\u5b66\u4e2d\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u548c\u6700\u8017\u65f6\u7684\u624b\u52a8\u8fc7\u7a0b\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b9a\u5236\u7684\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u548c\u65b9\u6848\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c\u5305\u62ec
