-->\n<p>\u4f46\u7531\u65bc\u8403\u53d6\u65b9\u6cd5\u6210\u672c\u9ad8\u4e14\u56f0\u96e3\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5e02\u5834\u4e0a\u985e\u9ec3\u916e\u7684\u4f9b\u61c9\u6709\u9650\u3002\u690d\u7269\u751f\u9577\u9031\u671f\u9577\uff0c\u4e14\u4efb\u4f55\u7279\u5b9a\u690d\u7269\u4e2d\u985e\u9ec3\u916e\u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\u8f03\u4f4e\u5c0e\u81f4\u7522\u91cf\u4f4e\u3002\u7d10\u7d04\u5927\u5b78\u60f3\u77e5\u9053\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u751f\u7522\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u4ee5\u52a0\u5feb\u690d\u7269\u7684\u4ee3\u8b1d\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u662f\u7684\u8a71\uff0c\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u3001\u53ef\u91cd\u8907\u548c\u53ef\u64f4\u5c55\u7684\u985e\u9ec3\u916e\u63d0\u53d6\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<!-- -->\n<p>\u300c\u6211\u53ea\u7528\u904e\u53e6\u4e00\u7a2e\u79fb\u6db2\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ad9\uff0c\u300d\u4f0a\u5967\u8afe\u592b\u8aaa\uff0c\u300c\u4f46OT-2\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\u975e\u5e38\u597d\u7528\u3002\u5b83\u5f88\u51fa\u8272\u3002\u4e0d\u50c5\u5b78\u7fd2Python \u662f\u4e00\u6b21\u4e86\u4e0d\u8d77\u7684\u7d93\u6b77\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6821\u6e96\u7684\u4fbf\u5229\u6027\u548cOpentrons\u5be6\u969b\u7de8\u7a0b\u6750\u6599\u7684\u76f4\u89c0\u6027\uff0c\u90fd\u8b93\u5b83\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u9ad4\u9a57\u975e\u5e38\u597d\u3002<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u6f58\u8fea\u4e9e\u65af\u540c\u610f\u4f0a\u5967\u8afe\u592b\u7684\u71b1\u60c5\u8a55\u50f9\u3002 \u300c\u8207 Opentrons \u5408\u4f5c\u5c0d\u6211\u5011\u5718\u968a\u4f86\u8aaa\u975e\u5e38\u4ee4\u4eba\u8208\u596e\uff0c\u300d\u5979\u8aaa\u3002 \u300c\u6a5f\u5668\u4eba\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u6821\u6e96\uff1b\u6211\u5011\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u8a66\u9a57\uff0c\u4f9d\u9760Opentrons \u7db2\u7ad9\u548cAPI \u9032\u884c\u6307\u5c0e\u3002\u300d\u9664\u4e86\u5c07\u5c08\u6848\u5b9a\u5236\u70ba\u4f7f\u7528300 \u6beb\u5347\u79fb\u6db2\u5438\u982d\u5916\uff0c\u7d10\u7d04\u5927\u5b78iGEM \u9084\u8f15\u9b06\u5730\u5c07Opentrons \u6574\u5408\u5230\u4ed6\u5011\u73fe\u6709\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5e7e\u4e4e\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u9032\u884c\u984d\u5916\u7684\u5ba2\u88fd\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<!-- \u7d44\u88dd\u9023\u63a5\u4e0d\u8d77\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5718\u968a\u82b1\u4e86\u5f88\u591a\u6642\u9593\u9032\u884c\u6545\u969c\u6392\u9664\uff1a\u554f\u984c\u51fa\u5728\u9175\u7d20\u3001\u7d30\u80de\u9084\u662f\u5354\u8b70\u672c\u8eab\uff1f\u5718\u968a\u5c0d\u9019\u4e9b\u554f\u984c\u7684\u6545\u969c\u6392\u9664\u904e\u7a0b\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u7cbe\u5fc3\u8a18\u9304\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u672a\u4f86\u5718\u968a\u80fd\u5920\u6e1b\u5c11\u932f\u8aa4\u4e26\u53d6\u5f97\u66f4\u591a\u9032\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<!-- \u300c\u6211\u5011\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u5b78\u7fd2\u66f2\u7dda\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u6bcf\u500b\u7b2c\u4e00\u5e74\u7684iGEM\u5718\u968a\u4e00\u6a23\u3002\u300d\u8003\u616e\u5230\u9019\u4e9b\u554f\u984c\u548c\u6bd4\u8cfd\u7684\u6642\u9593\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u7d10\u7d04\u5927\u5b78iGEM \u88ab\u8feb\u5f9e\u539f\u4f86\u7684\u8a08\u5283\u8f49\u5411\u4f7f\u7528OT-2 \u9032\u884c\u63a1\u6a23\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u6309\u539f\u8a08\u5283\u6e96\u5099\u6d88\u5316\u53cd\u61c9\u3002\u5e78\u904b\u7684\u662f\uff0cOT-2 \u4e5f\u5f88\u597d\u5730\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u9019\u9805\u4efb\u52d9\u3002\u5927\u591a\u6578\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u3002 \u300c\u6709\u4e00\u6b21\u53ea\u6709\u4e00\u6ef4 EcoRI \u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u5fae\u5347\uff0c\u9019\u6703\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u5dee\u5225\uff0c\u300d\u4f0a\u5967\u8afe\u592b\u8aaa\u3002 \u300c\u6211\u5011\u5728\u5be6\u9a57\u53f0\u4e0a\u4e5f\u9047\u5230\u4e86\u540c\u6a23\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u300d\u6f58\u8fea\u4e9e\u65af\u88dc\u5145\u9053\u3002 \u201c\u5373\u4f7f\u4f60\u7528\u624b\u6301\u5f0f\u79fb\u6db2\u69cd\u9032\u884c\u63a1\u6a23\uff0c\u4e5f\u5f88\u96e3\u5f9e\u79fb\u6db2\u7ba1\u982d\u4e2d\u53d6\u51fa\u9019\u9ebc\u5c11\u91cf\u7684\u7c98\u6027\u7269\u8cea\u3002\u6211\u80fd\u7406\u89e3\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u79fb\u6db2\u5e73\u53f0\u4e5f\u6709\u985e\u4f3c\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<!--
