\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u5bb6\u52ab\u6301\u4e86\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u5167\u5efa\u7684\u6838\u9178\u8907\u88fd\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u5275\u5efa\u4e86\u805a\u5408\u9176\u934a\u5f0f\u53cd\u61c9 (PCR)\u2014\u2014\u9019\u662f\u73fe\u4ee3\u5206\u5b50\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u7684\u57fa\u77f3\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5141\u8a31\u5b83\u5011\u81ea\u5df1\u8907\u88fd DNA\u3002 1983 \u5e74\uff0c\u8afe\u8c9d\u723e\u734e\u5f97\u4e3b\u51f1\u88e1\u00b7\u7a46\u5229\u65af (Kary Mullis) \u8868\u660e\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u7cbe\u78ba\u7684\u6eab\u5ea6\u5e8f\u5217\u4f86\u5354\u8abf\u6a23\u672c\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u64cd\u7e31\u76ee\u6a19 DNA \u5e8f\u5217\u7684\u8907\u88fd\u3002\u7576\u6642\uff0c\u9032\u884c PCR \u5be6\u9a57\u610f\u5473\u8457\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u9700\u8981\u82b1\u8cbb\u6578\u5c0f\u6642\u624b\u52d5\u5c07\u8a66\u7ba1\u79fb\u5165\u548c\u79fb\u51fa\u4e0d\u540c\u6eab\u5ea6\u7684\u6c34\u6d74\uff0c\u4ee5\u5be6\u73fe\u9019\u4e9b\u6eab\u5ea6\u5faa\u74b0\u3002 1988 \u5e74\uff0cCeltis \u548c Perkin-Elmer \u63a8\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u540d\u70ba\u71b1\u5faa\u74b0\u5100\u7684\u8a2d\u5099\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u81ea\u52d5\u57f7\u884c PCR \u5be6\u9a57\u6240\u9700\u7684\u7cbe\u78ba\u6eab\u5ea6\u8b8a\u5316\u3002\u5b83\u6bd4\u6c34\u6d74\u6cd5\u66f4\u5feb\u3001\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u4f46\u6210\u672c\u8d85\u904e 10 \u842c\u7f8e\u5143\u2014\u2014\u9060\u9060\u8d85\u51fa\u4e86\u5927\u591a\u6578\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u5bb6\u7684\u627f\u53d7\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u76f4\u5230 90 \u5e74\u4ee3\u4e2d\u671f\uff0cML Laboratories \u7b49\u516c\u53f8\u958b\u59cb\u88fd\u9020\u50f9\u683c\u66f4\u5be6\u60e0\u7684\u52a0\u71b1\u84cb\u7684\u6a5f\u5668\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6578\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u624d\u958b\u59cb\u4f7f\u7528\u71b1\u5faa\u74b0\u5100\u3002<\/p>\n<!-- Opentrons \u71b1\u5faa\u74b0\u5100\u4ee3\u8868\u4e86 PCR \u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u5728\u7701\u6642\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u4e0b\u4e00\u500b\u91cd\u5927\u98db\u8e8d\u3002<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!--
