-->\n<p>\u4e00\u3001\u805a\u5408\u9176\u934a\u5f0f\u53cd\u61c9\uff08PCR\uff091\u3001\u57fa\u672c\u539f\u7406\uff1aPCR\u57fa\u65bcDNA\u7684\u5929\u7136\u8907\u88fd\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u6eab\u5ea6\u5faa\u74b0\u548c\u9175\u7d20\u7684\u50ac\u5316\uff0c\u5728\u9ad4\u5916\u5927\u91cf\u64f4\u589e\u7279\u5b9a\u7684DNA\u7247\u6bb5\u3002\u5728PCR\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0cDNA\u9996\u5148\u88ab\u52a0\u71b1\u8b8a\u6027\u6210\u55ae\u93c8\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u5f15\u5b50\u8207\u6a21\u677fDNA\u55ae\u93c8\u7684\u4e92\u88dc\u5e8f\u5217\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u5728DNA\u805a\u5408\u9176\u7684\u50ac\u5316\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ee5\u812b\u6c27\u6838\u7cd6\u6838\u82f7\u4e09\u78f7\u9178\uff08dNTP\uff09\u70ba\u539f\u6599\u5408\u6210\u65b0\u7684DNA\u93c8\u3002 2.\u4e3b\u8981\u6b65\u9a5f\uff1a\u8b8a\u6027\uff1a\u5c07\u53cd\u61c9\u9ad4\u7cfb\u52a0\u71b1\u81f3\u9ad8\u6eab\uff0c\u4f7f\u6a21\u677fDNA\u96d9\u80a1\u9593\u7684\u6c2b\u9375\u65b7\u88c2\uff0c\u96d9\u80a1\u89e3\u96e2\u6210\u55ae\u80a1\u3002\u9000\u706b\uff08\u8907\u6027\uff09\uff1a\u5c07\u53cd\u61c9\u9ad4\u7cfb\u6eab\u5ea6\u964d\u4f4e\u81f3\u8f03\u4f4e\u7684\u6eab\u5ea6\uff0c\u6b64\u6642\u5f15\u5b50\u8207\u6a21\u677fDNA\u55ae\u80a1\u7684\u4e92\u88dc\u5e8f\u5217\u7522\u751f\u7279\u7570\u6027\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u5c40\u90e8\u96d9\u80a1\u3002\u5ef6\u4f38\uff1a\u5c07\u53cd\u61c9\u9ad4\u7cfb\u6eab\u5ea6\u5347\u81f3\u9069\u5b9c\u7684\u6eab\u5ea6\uff0c\u5728DNA\u805a\u5408\u9176\u7684\u50ac\u5316\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ee5dNTP\u70ba\u539f\u6599\uff0c\u5f9e\u5f15\u5b50\u76843'\u7aef\u958b\u59cb\u5408\u6210\u65b0\u7684DNA\u93c8\u3002 3.\u61c9\u7528\u9818\u57df\uff1a\u57fa\u56e0\u514b\u9686\u8207\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u73fe\uff1a\u900f\u904ePCR\u64f4\u589e\u7372\u5f97\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u76ee\u6a19DNA\u7247\u6bb5\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u9032\u884c\u57fa\u56e0\u514b\u9686\u3001\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u73fe\u7b49\u5be6\u9a57\u3002\u57fa\u56e0\u5b9a\u5e8f\u8207\u7a81\u8b8a\u5206\u6790\uff1aPCR\u64f4\u589e\u76ee\u6a19DNA\u7247\u6bb5\u5f8c\u9032\u884c\u5e8f\u5217\u6e2c\u5b9a\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7372\u5f97\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u5e8f\u5217\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u70ba\u7814\u7a76\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u3001\u529f\u80fd\u4ee5\u53ca\u7a81\u8b8a\u985e\u578b\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u529b\u652f\u6301\u3002\u75c5\u539f\u9ad4\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8207\u9451\u5b9a\uff1a\u900f\u904e\u91dd\u5c0d\u75c5\u539f\u9ad4\u7279\u7570\u6027DNA\u5e8f\u5217\u8a2d\u8a08\u5f15\u5b50\u9032\u884cPCR\u64f4\u589e\uff0c\u53ef\u5feb\u901f\u4e14\u6e96\u78ba\u5730\u6aa2\u6e2c\u51fa\u75c5\u539f\u9ad4\u7684\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u4e26\u7528\u65bc\u75c5\u539f\u9451\u5b9a\u8207\u5206\u578b\u3002\u907a\u50b3\u75be\u75c5\u8a3a\u65b7\uff1a\u900f\u904e\u91dd\u5c0d\u907a\u50b3\u75be\u75c5\u76f8\u95dc\u57fa\u56e0\u8a2d\u8a08\u5f15\u5b50\u9032\u884cPCR\u64f4\u589e\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6aa2\u6e2c\u51fa\u60a3\u8005\u662f\u5426\u5b58\u5728\u7a81\u8b8a\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u907a\u50b3\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u65e9\u671f\u8a3a\u65b7\u3001\u57fa\u56e0\u6cbb\u7642\u4ee5\u53ca\u5bb6\u5ead\u907a\u50b3\u8aee\u8a62\u3002\u6cd5\u91ab\u61c9\u7528\uff1a\u900f\u904e\u91dd\u5c0d\u500b\u5225\u7279\u7570\u6027DNA\u5e8f\u5217\u8a2d\u8a08\u5f15\u5b50\u9032\u884cPCR\u64f4\u589e\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5be6\u73fe\u72af\u7f6a\u73fe\u5834DNA\u6a23\u672c\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u9451\u5b9a\u3002\u74b0\u5883\u76e3\u6e2c\u8207\u6f14\u5316\u7814\u7a76\uff1aPCR\u6280\u8853\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u8a55\u4f30\u548c\u76e3\u6e2c\u751f\u614b\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e2d\u7684\u751f\u7269\u591a\u6a23\u6027\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6aa2\u6e2c\u74b0\u5883\u6a23\u672c\u4e2d\u7684\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n<!-- -->\n<p>\u4e8c\u3001\u5176\u4ed6\u934a\u5f0f\u53cd\u61c9\u5728\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u96d6\u7136PCR\u662f\u934a\u5f0f\u53cd\u61c9\u5728\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u4e2d\u6700\u5178\u578b\u7684\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u4f46\u934a\u5f0f\u53cd\u61c9\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u64f4\u5c55\u5230\u5176\u4ed6\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u904e\u7a0b\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5728\u8a0a\u865f\u50b3\u5c0e\u3001\u4ee3\u8b1d\u9014\u5f91\u548c\u57fa\u56e0\u8abf\u63a7\u7db2\u7d61\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u5b58\u5728\u985e\u4f3c\u934a\u5f0f\u53cd\u61c9\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u904e\u7a0b\u901a\u5e38\u6d89\u53ca\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u76f8\u4e92\u95dc\u806f\u7684\u751f\u5316\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u500b\u53cd\u61c9\u7684\u7522\u7269\u6703\u5f15\u767c\u4e0b\u4e00\u500b\u53cd\u61c9\u7684\u767c\u751f\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u500b\u9023\u7e8c\u7684\u3001\u81ea\u6211\u7dad\u6301\u7684\u53cd\u61c9\u93c8\u3002<\/p>\n<!--
