Labworks, Inc. \u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5fb9\u5e95\u6539\u8b8a\u7121\u7d30\u80de DNA \u5206\u96e2\u548c\u5206\u6790\u3002 \u6b64\u6b21\u5408\u4f5c\u5e36\u4f86\u4e86\u5275\u65b0\u7684\u5168\u81ea\u52d5\u3001\u5168\u9762\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u5f9e\u6a23\u672c\u63a1\u96c6\u5230\u6587\u5eab\u88fd\u5099\uff0c\u8f49\u8b8a\u4e86\u6db2\u9ad4\u6d3b\u6aa2\u5206\u6790\u3002<\/p>\n<!-- \u548c Opentrons \u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u95dc\u4fc2\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u65b0\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u514b\u670d\u9019\u4e9b\u5e38\u898b\u65b9\u6cd5\u7684\u969c\u7919\u3002 Zymo Research \u7684\u5316\u5b78\u6280\u8853\u8207 Opentrons Flex \u5e73\u53f0\u7684\u5148\u9032\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u529f\u80fd\u76f8\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u53ef\u63d0\u4f9b\u5353\u8d8a\u7684 cfDNA \u7522\u91cf\u3001\u7e2e\u77ed\u8655\u7406\u6642\u9593\u548c\u4e00\u81f4\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u50b3\u8f38\u3002 \u9019\u7a2e\u65b0\u65b9\u6cd5\u5c07\u5fb9\u5e95\u6539\u8b8a cfDNA \u5206\u6790\u7684\u529f\u6548\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u6539\u5584\u81e8\u5e8a\u764c\u75c7\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u9019\u9805\u5bcc\u6709\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u4e5f\u5c07\u4fc3\u9032\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u6db2\u9ad4\u6d3b\u6aa2\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\u7684\u958b\u767c\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e0b\u6e38\u5206\u6790\u7684\u6e96\u78ba\u6027\u548c\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u3002 \u9019\u7a2e\u7368\u7279\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\u5229\u7528ZymoSeq\u2122 \u7121\u7d30\u80deWGBS \u6587\u5eab\u88fd\u5099\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5b8c\u5168\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u7684\u4e9e\u786b\u9178\u6c2b\u9e7d\u5316\u5b78\u548c\u6de8\u5316\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u88fd\u5099\u597d\u7684cfDNA \u900f\u904e\u4e0b\u4e00\u4ee3\u5b9a\u5e8f(NGS) \u9032\u884c\u7532\u57fa\u5316\u5206\u6790\u3002<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u300c\u7121\u7d30\u80deDNA \u5728\u975e\u4fb5\u5165\u6027\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3001\u75be\u75c5\u8a3a\u65b7\u548c\u76e3\u6e2c\u3001\u500b\u4eba\u5316\u91ab\u7642\u3001\u751f\u7269\u6a19\u8a18\u767c\u73fe\u548c\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u767c\u63ee\u95dc\u9375\u4f5c\u7528\u3002 \u900f\u904e\u8207Opentrons \u7684\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u662f\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u548c\u7c21\u5316\u6db2\u9ad4\u6d3b\u6aa2\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u70ba\u4e0b\u6e38cfDNA \u5206\u6790\u7684\u6548\u7387\u3001\u6e96\u78ba\u6027\u548c\u518d\u73fe\u6027\u8a2d\u5b9a\u65b0\u6a19\u6e96\u3002<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u300c\u6211\u5011\u5f88\u9ad8\u8208\u8207Zymo Research \u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u6613\u65bc\u5be6\u73fe\u7684\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u4f86\u63a8\u9032\u6db2\u9ad4\u6d3b\u6aa2\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002 \u900f\u904e\u5229\u7528Zymo \u7684\u6280\u8853\u548cOpentrons Flex \u5e73\u53f0\u7684\u9ad8\u901a\u91cf\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u662f\u4f7f\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u80fd\u5920\u4ee5\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u65b9\u5f0f\u9ad8\u6548\u8655\u7406\u5927\u91cf\u7121\u7d30\u80deDNA \u6a23\u672c\uff0c\u4ee5\u652f\u6301\u9ad8\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u548c\u6e96\u78ba\u7684\u7532\u57fa\u5316\u8b58\u5225\u3002<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Zymo Research \u548c Opentrons \u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u978f\u56fa\u4e86\u4ed6\u5011\u5353\u6709\u6210\u6548\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u8a18\u9304\u3002 \u5148\u524d\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u5305\u62ec\u5728 Opentrons \u53ef\u9760\u4e14\u7d93\u6fdf\u5be6\u60e0\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u79fb\u6db2\u6a5f\u5668\u4eba OT-2 \u4e0a\u5be6\u73fe ZymoBIOMICS\u2122\u3001Quick-DNA\u2122 \u548c Direct-Zol\u2122 \u7b49\u71b1\u9580 Zymo Research \u5316\u5b78\u7269\u8cea\u7684\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u3002 \u79d1\u5b78\u754c\u8ca2\u737b\u4e86 20 \u591a\u500b\u81ea\u52d5\u5316 Zymo \u7814\u7a76\u5957\u4ef6\u7684\u5354\u8b70\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u52aa\u529b\u64f4\u5927\u4e86\u900f\u904e Opentrons \u5354\u8b70\u5eab\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u9ad8\u54c1\u8cea\u5354\u8b70\u7684\u53ef\u7528\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u6709\u95dc\u9019\u7a2e\u65b0\u7a4e\u7684\u7121\u7d30\u80deDNA \u6280\u8853\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u6216\u5982\u4f55\u5be6\u65bd\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u8acb\u57287 \u670824 \u65e5\u81f327 \u65e5\u5728\u52a0\u5229\u798f\u5c3c\u4e9e\u5dde\u963f\u7d0d\u6d77\u59c6\u8209\u884c\u76842023 \u5e74AACC \u5e74\u5ea6\u79d1\u5b78\u6703\u8b70\u548c\u81e8\u5e8a\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u535a\u89bd\u6703\u4e0a\u53c3\u89c0Zymo Research \u548cOpentrons \u5718\u968a\u3002 Zymo Research \u5c07\u5728 3089 \u865f\u5c55\u4f4d\uff0cOpentrons \u5c07\u5728 1978 \u865f\u5c55\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>\u95dc\u65bc MAGicBead\u2122 cfDNA \u5206\u96e2\u548c Zymo-Seq \u7121\u7d30\u80de WGBS\uff1a<\/strong>MAGicBead\u2122 cfDNA \u5206\u96e2\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u5177\u6709\u7368\u7279\u7684\u78c1\u73e0\u8868\u9762\u5316\u5b78\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u5f9e\u751f\u7269\u6db2\u4e2d\u5be6\u73fe\u7121\u8207\u502b\u6bd4\u7684 cfDNA \u56de\u6536\u3002 \u5b83\u8207\u6240\u6709\u958b\u653e\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u5e73\u53f0\u548c\u5404\u7a2e\u6a23\u672c\u985e\u578b\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u8840\u6e05\u3001\u553e\u6db2\u3001\u5c3f\u6db2\u7b49\uff09\u76f8\u5bb9\uff0c\u5141\u8a31\u8f38\u5165\u9ad4\u7a4d\u9ad8\u9054 10 mL \u7684\u8840\u6f3f\u3002 \u7c21\u5316\u7684\u8403\u53d6\u904e\u7a0b\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86\u6b65\u9a5f\uff0c\u4e26\u6d88\u9664\u4e86\u5c0d\u985e\u4f3c\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4e2d\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u73e0\u4e7e\u71e5\u6b65\u9a5f\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002 \u6d17\u812b\u7684 cfDNA \u4e0d\u542b\u9176\u6291\u5236\u5291\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u5176\u8207\u4e0b\u6e38\u61c9\u7528\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u4e0b\u4e00\u4ee3\u5b9a\u5e8f\uff09\u7684\u517c\u5bb9\u6027\u3002 Zymo-Seq \u7121\u7d30\u80de DNA WGBS \u6587\u5eab\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u70ba\u5f9e\u7121\u7d30\u80de DNA (cfDNA) \u88fd\u5099\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u4e9e\u786b\u9178\u6c2b\u9e7d\u5b9a\u5e8f (WGBS) \u6587\u5eab\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u512a\u5316\u4e14\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002 \u6b64\u5305\u7f85\u842c\u8c61\u7684\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u5177\u6709\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u5f9e\u5c11\u81f3 5 ng \u7684 cfDNA \u88fd\u5099\u9ad8\u54c1\u8cea\u7684\u7532\u57fa\u5b9a\u5e8f\u6587\u5eab\uff0c\u4e26\u5305\u542b\u4e09\u500b\u57fa\u672c\u6b65\u9a5f\uff1a\u4e9e\u786b\u9178\u6c2b\u9e7d\u8f49\u5316\u3001\u76f4\u63a5\u63a5\u982d\u9023\u63a5\u548c\u6a19\u7c64 PCR \u64f4\u589e\u3002<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>\u95dc\u65bc Zymo \u7814\u7a76\uff1a<\/strong>Zymo Research \u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u79c1\u4eba\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u81ea 1994
